Made to order products can be exchanged for a different size only. We unfortunately cannot offer a return as the garments are made one off especially for you. Orders must be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. If our team does not deem the item in its original condition, the garment will be sent back to you at your cost and no exchange will occur. No cancellations or changes can be made to your pre order once the order has been confirmed. Please see here for more information.

One Fell Swoop offers complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia via Startrack Express. Please allow 10 - 15 days from the date of order completion for made to order items to be dispatched. Normal shipping times apply once the order is shipped. Orders are delivered within 2-3
business days. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 3+ business days for delivery. One Fell Swoop offers DHL express international delivery. Please allow 1-2 days for our team to receive and process your order, once packed your order will take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Orders that receive the automatic 20% Bridal Party discount (3 or more Bridesmaid Dresses purchased in the same order) are Made to Order and subject to all Made to Order conditions above. All alterations will be charged — complimentary minor alterations are not included with this offer.
