Shipping
One Fell Swoop offers complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia via Startrack Express. Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 3+ business days for delivery. Please allow 10 - 15 days from date of order completion for made-to-order items to be dispatched. Normal shipping times apply once the order is shipped.
All orders placed before 1pm AWST on a business day will be dispatched that business day. If an order is placed after 1pm AWST, on a weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched the following business day. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details. Please note; we dispatch daily, Monday–Friday excluding all national and WA public holidays.
Our delivery courier will have the authority to leave the parcel in a secure location at the provided delivery address.
Please note, we cannot deliver to Australian Post Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, Client Care will contact you immediately.
INTERNATIONAL
One Fell Swoop offers DHL Express international delivery. Please allow 1-2 days for our team to receive and process your order, once packed your order will take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on your location. For international orders, we cannot deliver to post boxes so please ensure you provide an alternate delivery address. Please allow 10 - 15 days from date of order completion for made-to-order items to be dispatched. Normal shipping times apply once the order is shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable.
In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left. Your parcel will be re-delivered the following day with an option to re-schedule the delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel.
Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these duties and taxes, not One Fell Swoop. Please note, One Fell Swoop is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs.
