NEW ARRIVALS

  • Orders must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Please note that all exchanges are final.
  • Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless your items are deemed faulty by our team.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. If our team does not deem the item in its original condition, the garment will be sent back to you and no return will occur. If an item is deemed dirty by our quality control team and requires cleaning, a flat rate of $15 per clean will be charged at your expense.

  • We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking as we are not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
  • This includes items where you enter a discount code at checkout.
  • Our team will work to process your return as soon as possible but please allow for up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.

 

AUSTRALIA

One Fell Swoop offers complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia via Startrack Express. Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 3+ business days for delivery. Please allow 10 - 15 days from date of order completion for made-to-order items to be dispatched. Normal shipping times apply once the order is shipped.

One Fell Swoop Sale orders are not eligible for Free Shipping. A flat rate of $10 within Australia will be charged for orders that include sale garments.

All orders placed before 1pm AWST on a business day will be dispatched that business day. If an order is placed after 1pm AWST, on a weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched the following business day. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details. Please note; we dispatch daily, Monday–Friday excluding all national and WA public holidays. All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery so please provide a delivery address that will be attended between 9am-5pm; please note, we cannot deliver to Australian Post Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name. In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left. Your parcel will be redirected to your local post office for pick up.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, Client Care will contact you immediately.

INTERNATIONAL

One Fell Swoop offers DHL Express international delivery. Please allow 1-2 days for our team to receive and process your order, once packed your order will take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on your location. For international orders, we cannot deliver to post boxes so please ensure you provide an alternate delivery address. Please allow 10 - 15 days from date of order completion for made-to-order items to be dispatched. Normal shipping times apply once the order is shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable. 

In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left. Your parcel will be re-delivered the following day with an option to re-schedule the delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel. 

Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these duties and taxes, not One Fell Swoop. Please note, One Fell Swoop is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned.
