One Fell Swoop reserves the right to terminate any part of the website, any users access, any products provided or the website as a whole. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you cannot use the One Fell Swoop website.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 We offer returns & exchanges on full-priced items (including full-priced items that have a promotional discount applied) subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders must be returned and received back to us within 14 days from delivery.
  • Garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached (unworn, unaltered & undamaged)
  • Any garments that are returned not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • If a garment is deemed dirty and requires cleaning, a flat rate of $25 per clean will be charged at your expense.
  • Customers are to cover the cost of return postage. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless your items are deemed faulty.
  • We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking as we are not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
  • Our team will work to process your return as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be reversed onto the original form of payment (Credit card, Afterpay, etc.). Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 days to process into your bank account. Please note $15 will be deducted from your refund as our return processing fee.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us to check if we can exchange your size before returning your item. Please note that all exchanges are final.

SALE & PROMOTIONS

Sale items & promotions are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please ensure that your return meets the criteria in our Returns Policy above and is returned and arrives back to us within 14 days of delivery. No price adjustments are permitted for previously purchased items.

FINAL SALE

All One Fell Swoop Final Sale items have a strict no refunds policy. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. 

MADE TO ORDER

Made To Order garments can be exchanged for a different size only. Exchanges must meet all the return criteria to be approved. Please contact us to request the size exchange. Should we not have your requested size in stock, we will need to begin the production process. Please allow for 6-8 weeks for this exchange process.

No cancellations or changes can be made to your Made to Order item once the order has been confirmed. Our Rush Fee is not redeemable or refundable.

Custom Orders cannot be exchanged or returned as they are one off and made especially for you.

GIFT CARDS & SIGNATURE SWATCH CARDS

Gift Cards & Signature Swatch Cards are both non-refundable. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

 FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact us at enquiries@onefellswoop.net to notify us and we will work with you to resolve this as soon as possible.
