One Fell Swoop reserves the right to terminate any part of the website, any users access, any products provided or the website as a whole. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you cannot use the One Fell Swoop website.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please ensure that your item fits into the parameters stated below, if return is not valid then the item will be returned to you at your cost. 

  • Full price items can be exchanged, returned for a refund or an online store credit.
  • Orders must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Please note that all exchanges are final.
  • Customers are to cover the cost of return postage. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless your items are deemed faulty by our team. 
  • Australian shipping returns will be charged at a flat rate of $15 and International shipping returns will be charged at a flat rate of $35.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. If our team does not deem the item in its original condition, the garment will be sent back to you and no return will occur. If an item is deemed dirty by a team member and requires cleaning the a flat rate of $15 per clean will be charged at your expense. 
  • Should you wish to return an item please complete the form at https://onefellswoop.net/returns.
  • We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking as we are not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
  • Includes items where you enter a discount code at checkout.
  • Our team will work to process your return as soon as possible but please allow for up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

  • Made To Order products can be exchanged for a different size only. We unfortunately cannot offer a return as the garments are made one off especially for you. 
  • Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned as they are one off products and made especially for you and are not stocked online.
  • Orders must be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. 
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the client.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. If our team does not deem the item in its original condition, the garment will be sent back to you and no return will occur. If an item is deemed dirty by a team member and requires cleaning the a flat rate of $15 per clean will be charged at your expense. 
  • No cancellations or changes can be made to your made to order item once the order has been confirmed. 
  • The fee associated with our 'Rush Option' is not redeemable or refundable.

  • We will endeavour to process your exchange as soon as we are able to. Should we not have your requested size in stock we will need begin the production process. Please allow for 6-8 weeks for this exchange process.
  • We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking as we are not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.

SALE ITEMS   
  • The One Fell Swoop Online Sale gives you exclusive access to one-off samples and pieces from the archive at discounted prices for a limited time only.
  • All One Fell Swoop Sale orders have a strict no refunds policy. This includes a change of mind or for reasonable flaws in the item/s. Garments may have minor faults and prices reflect the condition of each item. Items are only eligible for size exchanges or credit notes. All exchanges are final.
  • Sizes are subject to availability. Please check with a team member that we can exchange your size before returning your item.
  • No price adjustments are permitted for previously purchased items.
  • One Fell Swoop Sale orders are not eligible for Free Shipping. A flat rate of $10 within Australia will be charged for orders that include sale garments.
  • All items purchased during the End of Season Sale (13th July 2022 - 17th July 2022) were Final Sale. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We are sorry if your purchase is not perfect!

Please email us at studio@onefellswoop.net within 14 days of the delivery your item with your order number and a brief description of the fault or incorrect item so that we can resolve this for you ASAP. Please include images of the fault or incorrect item.

Products that have a major fault can be returned for a refund, credit note or an exchange for another item.

As a component of our commitment to sustainable practices garments with minor faults can often be repaired for you at the cost of One Fell Swoop. Once repaired we can return the item to you. 

Please keep a copy of your return postage receipt so that we can reimburse you for this cost if the item is confirmed faulty.
