HOW IT WORKS

1. Add to Cart: Use the "Try Before You Buy" button when adding items to your cart. Please note this only applies to full-priced items. Made to Order, Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible.
2. Checkout & Authorisation: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
3. Receive and Try: Once your order arrives, you will have 2 days to try on the items.
4. Complete Order: We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order. Select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

RETURNS

If you choose to return any items, please select the return option on your customer portal.  A $10 restocking fee will apply if you return all items and you will have 3 days from selecting the return option to send the garment/s back.

Return Instructions:

1. Select the return option on your Try Before You Buy portal and include your reason for return.

2. Purchase an Express Post label to the address below:

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Returns showing any signs of wear will be sent back to the purchaser.

If a garment is deemed dirty and requires cleaning, a flat rate of $25 per clean will be charged at your expense.
