Sale items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please ensure that your return meets the criteria in our Returns Policy and is returned and arrives back to us within 14 days of delivery. No price adjustments are permitted for previously purchased items.

One Fell Swoop Sale orders are not eligible for Free Shipping. A flat rate of $15 within Australia will be charged for orders that include sale garments. Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 3+ business days for delivery.  

One Fell Swoop offers DHL express international delivery. Please allow 1-2 days for our team to receive and process your order, once packed your order will take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on your location.  

Shipping fees are not refundable.
