Full price items can be exchanged, returned for a refund or an online store credit. All exchanges are final. Orders must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. If our team does not deem the item in its original condition, the garment will be sent back to you and no return will occur. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the effect on freighting capacities, delivery times for your order may take longer than usual.

One Fell Swoop offers complimentary shipping on orders* within Australia via Startrack Express. Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 3+ business days for delivery.
