WORK WITH ONE FELL SWOOP

One Fell Swoop is looking for an Admin & Operations Assistant to join the team.

The ideal candidate for this role is computer literate, a good communicator, a forward thinker who demonstrates initiative and an energetic approach to multi-tasking whilst maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

YOUR ROLE

We require the applicant to work between operations and admin roles and be adaptable to change based on daily priorities.
 
The job role includes but not limited to the following:

  • Accurately transfer data directly from Instagram DM, emails and texts onto supporting platforms ie Excel and Xero.
  • Client liaison, communication and support.
  • Pack and organise shipments for all orders, paying close attention to logistical considerations.
  • Managing pre-order sales, communicating with the wholesale team, managing the client's orders and shipments.
  • New collections sample management.
  • Liaising with the PR and Marketing team.
  • Manage back end of Shopify.
  • Assisting the IT team with EDM's and promotions.
  • Create detailed invoices for clients using Xero.
  • Order office and shipping and production supplies.
  • Anticipate the needs of clients, in order to ensure a seamless and positive sales experience for the shopper.
  • Assist in organising photo shoots and attend shoot day.

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Confident with Excel, Xero, Shopify and social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and take initiative.
  • High level of communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work within a small team environment at our West Perth studio.
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Drivers license required.
